What this covers

This policy explains what personal information Skalr collects, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Skalr is for people aged 18 and over.

What we collect

What is public

Usernames, claim amounts and ranks are shown publicly on the leaderboard. Your email address is never shown.

Why we use it

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run Skalr: Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database and login), Make (automation), Brevo (email) and an AI provider (username review). They only process data for us. We don’t sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep account and payment records for as long as your account is active and as long as the law requires for financial records. Leaderboard entries are permanent by design.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold, correct it, or delete your account data. We will act on requests as the law allows. Financial records must be kept for the period the law requires, and a leaderboard entry (username and amount) stays on the board.

Security

We use encrypted connections and limit who can access data. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your login safe.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you before it applies.
